Make sure the LPR is set to around 85-90 (87 considered optimal) and make sure the snap ring is adjusted properly.

Air source: I was getting this problem too, I checked everything. What hopper are you using? Make sure your ON/off is tightened all the way in.

okay I have the same problem, I check the lpr, it was a lil low I added a shim, got it up to 90, same thing, borrowed a minireg, same thing borrowed another air system with a different minireg and still the same problem, I adjusted the snap ring nothing there, pulled the ram & the LPR and they look fine, wiped all the old grease off and relubed everything. STILL have drop off, any thing else?

You could have a bad LPR. Did your LPR snap back to pressure or did it creep?

Don't know what to say, it's possible for you to have a leak somewhere. All your o-rings looked ok? exhaust valve? When was the last tuneup? I had dropoff problems confusing the heck outta me, turned out my tank wasn't screwed in all the way to me on/off. :)

i have the exact same problem. I have a tool kit checked everything, everything fine. I used a different reg, different air source...still had problems.

Sent it to a local gun tech to look at it, said he fixed it, still has drop off issues.

Had a certified WDP tech at Chicago look at it. IT STILL HAS drop off issues..

If my velocity is about 320 or higher it shoots great!

but once i drop my velocity below 300 or so.......drops of like crazy. I can't figure it out. Im trying to figure where the best place to send it is.

Try doing this, lower the dwell and raise the input pressure so you get like 280fps. That should help some of the problems.

I have the same problem too...
taking it up to a tech sometime next week
but i seem to getting very little leak out of the velocity screw...weird if u ask me
should i put teflon tape around it?

I was talking to a tech in TX where i bought my gun from and he said that it sounds like the reg. So try using a different reg if you haven't already.

Alright ill tell u what they changed
supposidly its fixed, going in this saturday to pick it up from BADLANDS :o omg thats a sponsor :D

It is fixed.

The mini reg needed a new small piston: $8.99.
Your drop off was caused by a combo of the mini reg, shim $2, exhaust valve $14.99 and the LPR assembly which needed replacing: $69.99. Labour ($40) is free because you bought the gun from us.

and now the $69.99 question is how many things here arent covered by warranty, coincidence?

Oh well we will see if it works

i thought that a new lpr was only like 35$
