I've always had good luck with the Freak.

Depending on how the Lucky15 turns out I may be getting rid of it tho. :dunno:

I've talked to one of the guys from Vicious and they've been using it since Vegas. He said it was a really good barrel so far.

The Freak is what I am getting too. Cody man these barrel systems are the best... This will help my accuracy on my speed, even though the stock is great.

Sincerely,

The jabbster

And how can it be sooooo much better. The guy said they shoot the same.:again:. And the pipe shoots itself clean and the freak doesnt.

hay, i'm going to hyjack your thread and say, as far as the lucky 15, i dont want a 15 inch barrel. i'm not going out to "snipe" people. geez, if they come out with lucky 10's and it proves better than the pipe, then i'll buy it

yea 15 is a bit long, and as for cody you must have been using a wrong insert

Emmit

15 isn't really any different than 14 that a lot of people are currently using, including myself.

its fine if you play back, but as far as them marketing their product; it will be hard to sell a 15 inch to front or mid/front players.

i use a 14 too but a 16 is considerably longer so a 15 will be well, pretty long, i'm planning to go to a 10 or 12 inch later on since the length isnt really necesary

That is true. And as far as cody asking if the freak is the best barrel? The answer is no. The Longbow is the best. I was getting a freak, used a Longbow and backed out of the freak like a crawdad. The Longbow is that much better, try one and you to will feel the differance.

Sincerely,

The jabbster

:dito: true this. the hardbore technologly is proven to the smoothing finishing. Too expensive for me, but definatley is the smoothest

I wasn't impressed with LongBows. I had a full 14" set on my Viking, shot the same as the J&J I had.

Sure, it shot straight, but I can't justify spending $300 on a barrel kit that claims to be self cleaning (But isn't) and shoots straighter than anything out there when the free barrel that came with my STO Cocker shoots just the same.

Thumbs DOWN for the LB. I ordered a stiffi, we'll see how that pans out.
