i use a 12volt revy with x board...works great. I saw all those people having trouble with their halo's and so i just decided to go with a good ole' revy....and it hasnt let me down yet....5 years and counting:)

o yeah, hehe, i havnt had a 12volt with x board for 5 years...what i meant to say was that i've used viewloader hoppers, from basic 200 non aggitated to 9volt to 12volt with x board over a time period of 5 years +. hehe, dont think they had 12volt revy's back then...

I had a revy I used for 4 years on my cocker, the first day I played with it on my angel I decided to get a new loader... The revy just cant keep up and is too inconsistent.

I got an evo2 and could not be happier, its AMAZING

i saw things get very ugly w/ a halo this weekend just ask mental dragon his made some kind of carrot looking mush inside of his halo and it was rendered useless for the rest of the day ... poor dude had to use a revy on his ir3 and it just couldnt keep up.

I use Halo Bs on both my Impact IR3 and Fly LCD. Never once had a problem with them. The Halo B is the only hopper that would consistently keep up with my Angels.

Plus I think the Halo looks good. And the shape of it is more likely to deflect direct hits than a Rico or Revy.

Well I've been a fan for Viewloader since I started Paintball and now I'm going to make a switch to HALO B.

My revey has letted me down to much since the IR3 I always thought it was me shooting bad, but the Rev was falling apart, the battery bay broke, the senors screw up the lid no longer fits after buy 7 from Viewloader (BRASS-EGALE) for my X-Board they send me a Regular lid instead, and I got bunked at two feet on the loader it cracked the plastic...

So now it going in the garbage

So make room for my HALO B

R2K - seriously, I know everybody says I'm on crack here, but I have seen it deflect numerous shots. Most recently down at Cup during the Collegiate X-Ball event I had it deflect at least two shots. I swear by the Ricochet, seriously!

when ricochets first came out i thought they were possibly going to replace the revvy...but i was wrong.....i still think ricochets are good...but they just need to get some new technology...

Where do you get a JMJ paddle or a Evil paddlem???? Does it really make a difference? What does everyone think of the Empire sound activated thingy for the angel, would it be better than an intellifed angel?

The only thing that can feed my Excalibur is a HALO B. With the current ROF setting I have on it I don't have much choice, but would probably use it anyway. Works great, especially on fast closed bolt guns.

I also use the Evo2, and have a Ricochet. Some of my teammates use the Empire Reloader and like it. Seems to work better than a standard Rev, although you need to ditch the paddles that come with them. We've found small paint can get under them and cause it to jam.

The HALO is a bit scary on open bolt guns, I would suggest the EvoII as an alternative if you don't want the HALO, just the Evo IIs seem to vary in how fast they feed. Mine is pretty damn fast though.

i just use a regular VL200 gravity feed hopper on my IR3 and it keeps up fine when in shooting 18bps. i dont see why more people dont sure them. :tongue: j/k i got a halo b

I've got one of the reload vibration activated kits that I use with my IR3 and haven't had a problem with it jamming. Feeds well and you don't get that annoying give away whine when you tip the loader.

zombie, the evo 2 motor is teh x board motor, and the only difference i have seen is teh speed adjustment

ive seen a ricochet ricochet paint before right into the goggles :lol: and I was the one shootin him :lol: but I use a turbo revy with my own mod paddles works AWESOME!!!! ive hit 14 with no skips and chops!!! and thats on a 2k bonebrake and ive had my revy for 5 years now, the good pre-brass eagle :D ive seen where the BE revys shells break at the feed neck, holes shot through the hopper etc
