I am on the verge of buying it, I just want to know how reliable it is. My Bushy never gave me any trouble after 8 tournies of use, but comparison in reliability to your speeds and your other guns would be very helpful to me.

Angels are the most reliable guns I have ever played with. The fact that Speeds come with lifetime warranties from most WDP certified service centers shows how much faith they have in the gun.

And just so you know, it's damn faster than a bushy. Dang... I had a bushy once, didn't keep it for more than a week damn thing shot sooo slow I couldn't stand it. Speeds wont break, and if they do, you get it fixed for free, what better deal is there than that?

Yea, restating the obvious, Angels are some of the most reliable markers out there. Just be sure you know what your doing before you open the hood to tune them up. The Speed manual is pretty detailed and user friendly but some other stuff (like an Angel Tool Kit) comes highly recomended for fine tuning.

Yea I know the Bushy has low ROF (which is why I'm getting rid of it) and now that I have money, I think i'm going to order my speed.

I have seen a lot of people here complain about getting a defective board or broken eyes, does WDP cover that?

Well the chances of that are small, and yes WDP or the shop you order/buy it from will cover that. The speed is user friendly, and tuff as nails. It will be the best marker you ever buy.

Sincerely,

The jabbster

probably because alot of people are using halos and dont want to have to sand and possibly mess it up

how will a Halo or EVO mess it up?

the evo doesnt mess up. the halo has problems with the stock geted feed where it is once again pushing balls past the detents despite WDP's valient effort by installing dual detents

get an eggII. just as fast, $30 less, holds more balls, doesnt push balls through detent, doesnt need you to replace stock feed, better hopper

bushys shoot fast too, tough. yea the speed is faster, but that doesnt make LCDs, etc slow

When i first got my Speed I didn't think it would shoot HLAF as good as it does.... and WOW it shoots darts along with the fact that it is plain and simple the FASTEST gun on the market.

I've loved my Speed since the first day I got my hands on it. Overall it's the best gun I've ever shot. With my AIR I've got all I need... Consistancy, Accuracy, Light-weight, Hight ROF, Good Gas Consumption, Low Maintnance, Great Looks, Awesome Warrenty and the awe-factor of this things is crazy. Everywhere I go people stop me and ask to shoot it or just ask questions about it. Hell, I get so many people doing double-takes, it's like I got a giant pair of boobies on my forehead... Mmmm, giant boobies. :drools:

man I hope things are like that when I take my speed to the field for the first time this weekend! Hopefully there won't be anyone else that has one, lol.

Hey man... Look at it this way. Even if you do run into someone else with a Speed, just team up with the guy. I can see it now... "total domination". Yeah-buddy! :devil1:
