i live in northeast michigan(LP). there is practically no fields around me...i have to go down state......i have played at Excalibur Paintball and Hells Survivor. i played at another one that is up this way...but they dont have a field any more......and now i am practically team less.....we arent playing any tournaments possibly this upcoming season, just scenario games...but they are really cool too...when i go to college i plan on getting on a team though...

I'm in Novi/Northville area.......North West of Detroit. I play Hells Survivors & Killer mainly. Chaos if ever possible.

There's a new indoor opening in Walled Lake beginning of December called Atomix Paintball (15mile & Decker). The first week of play is going to be FREE! This includes air. Also, the first 250 people will get free Atomix t-shirts and Dye hats. I've been to the building already. It's gonna be awesome.
If you live in the area try to make it out for the Grand Opening week!

Ya, well... on top of all that, the bring your own paint nights require that you bring White fill paint ONLY. I hope this saves someone some trouble because I didn't see anything about it on their site.

It mentions the white fill only but makes it sound like their paint is white fill only and its only mentioned on the tuesday byop portion.Mathematically if you can manage $45 cases you end up saving $10.Which will then probably go to all night air.This wednesday will be my first night out there so i'm not sure if air is included like it used to be at splatball city on practice days.Beats going all the way down to Toledo.Besides i'm sure a big part of this was a practice field for fusion.If anyone makes it out -I look forward to trading paint-as of lately i've been in very giving mood!

I'll be there with my team the RatDogs on Sunday, first thing in the morning. Hope to see some of you out there. 2 of my teammates played there already and they both said it is the best paintballfield they have ever seen.... bar none. I guess the guy spent like 2 million building this place. He even has refs wiping off the bunkers in between games so you don't rub up against a gooey mess. 20 bucks covers entry and it's only 49 bucks a case!

I can't WAIT to play there.

No website yet, I believe it's in the works. And yeah the owner, JT, really did go all out on this place. He created some of the best fields I've ever seen. (the turf is the same used at Ford Field)

I was just there last night playing and will probably be up there again tonight.

I'll be reffing Saturday & Sunday. The home team Entropy (which my boyfriend, Furious George, is on) will be there as well. Hope to see some of you there! I'd like to meet some of you!

Amy i'm SO pissed at you. You said you'd be there and you weren't. I went ther just to see you and you didn't even show up. :)

I did look for you at the field but I guess you had the day off. I had a great time with my team. We played against guys from Fusion, Lockout and OBR all day and really had a good time. Maybe i'll catch you out there next time.

Sorry I wasn't there. I was supposed to ref around 3:30 but I got sick. I really wanted to be there! I don't think I got enough welts from working on Saturday and was hoping to get a few more yesterday! Plus, I was looking forward to seeing you.
Let me know the next time you plan on going and I'll head on up to play or be reffing.

I will have to check out Atomix over X-mas break as well. Just tried out UPC and it was a nice field. A bit overcrowded early in the day with 20 people, but once it thinned out it was nice, the astroturf was a nice touch.

Myself and my friend, both with IR3's play all around Southeast Michigan as well.

We hope to be out there not this weekened but ALL through X-mas break time once my gun gets back from the shop.

i live in saline, which is right next to ann arbor so im really close to futreball and hell's, i went to a walled lake footbal lcamp and it was pretty far away, i really want to come here. maybe over the break i can make it there. sounds sweet. is there a website?

I know that players from Lockout, Aftershock, Bad Company, Detroit Fusion & Tippmann Effect have been spending quite a bit of time there on the weekends. Lockout came all the way from Rochester, NY this weekend for practice & try-outs.
I've been playing a lot and will be there. So will a couple of other AOG members.

I think I saw ya there today Amy, earlier in the day at Atomix, but you were up at the counter and then dissapeared before I could say hello. Myself and my friend Sam were both there with our IR3's.

For those considering a trip to Atomix... do it. I've played indoors in at least 20 different fields, probably closer to 30. This was BY FAR the best run, best setup, and best laid out field. It's worth the trip. (Even if it's only 10 minutes from where I live, yeah!)

I'll be back there this Sunday for a second trip. Look for the Champaign IR3 with the Angel AIR and warp feed (that'd be me Doug), my friend will be with the Dark Angel Blue IR3 (that'd be Sam). I'd say what I'll be wearing but I don't know which jersey I'll pull out yet.
