I asked this in the speed section but it was sorta the wrong forum to post in but I was wondering to get my gun running at low pressure and still shoot 275-310fps can i just get a straight tank...say a crossfire or do I have to get a low pressure reg too. And to which ever you recommend what are some that you would recommend
I'm only going to answer the last part of your question. If you're looking to get a better regulator than the stock reg, get a Palmer Stabilizer, Gladiator, or sidewinder. Can't go wrong with those.

And what he means by that is replacing the minireg with one of the above. Not adding another reg like the Thor inline.

so I can get lets say a nitro duck or a crossfire tank then right...and of course operate at low pressure
Yes. It's a good idea to get rid of the stock mini-reg, I'm not a big fan of them.

so are the 2k3 gladiators consistent..as in if I payed 80.00 for one of these would it be worth it.

mac dev stuff seems to be good, but i think the gladiator is based on the same concept of a minireg if im not mistaking.

yeah, i think i have hear that somewhere also. If i were you i would get a sidewinder, i dont have expierience with them but many people at my field use them. Apparently sidewinders are great for LP operation and high rates of fire. cough cough SPEED cough cough. At first though i would try just your tank through the mini reg. Also, I would get a crossfire, preferable the LP 450 output but a 850 would work also. The only reason i would get the 850 is if you have another gun that needs the output to be higher than 450.

say if i have a max flo on my speed(which i do), should i gut the mini reg and just have it as a gsa thru. Then i can just adjust the velocity with the pressure on the maxy?
