Space frame mod

Ok guys, im going to buy a normal space frame for an ir3. I am then going to do a home made thing to get it to fit on my lcd. can you guys just explain to me what all i am going to have to do

no, they arent, the lcd board wont fit in the space frame

ok i'll explain it sine i have done it with my 2k3 lcd. the space frame will fit on the gun with no problem, period. the problem is that the board must be rounded off in the top right corner for it to fight in the frame or you must mill off a big portion of the frame in the top right corner. also, i don't think the vibes will work right because the top of it isn't resting on anything which would make it move around (maybe someone else has tried this though. i just don't want to take the chance of it getting messed up.)

dude, out of curiousity, how much can you pick up a space frame for???

it depends... since you can't get one in a store you have to find someone selling one off of thier speed or iR3 which can be difficult. i got the frame, trigger, grips, and the buttons for $110 from a seller on here, but the price could change a lot depending on who's selling it.

I think TheAngelGuy had a couple a while ago, but I don't know if he still does. If you talk to the Sponsors, they might be able to get you one, but I am not sure on that. There is a thread with directions on doing it, and the other one has all sorts of pictures. Search for it, you'll find it.

i just put one on mine today. took a little while but its totally worth it its sick now all i need is new buttons.
