Paintball in Aus

hey does n e one know if there is any pball fields in aus, and if so where. im heading there this week for 3 long miserable weeks and wanted to know if i can still ball, thank peeps.

There are but no semi guns alowd.

Aus is sucky (GTA3 is banned there too)

I dont know. They arnt alowd to have guns there either from what I have heard.

I've heard they got some fields in Brisbane, but its pump for the most part. Semi-autos are legal, but you do have to have a permit for them.

Rules vary by state. NSW only allows pump. QLD (where Brisbane is) VIC and SA all allow semis. Others permit no ownership.

There were quite a few fields in the Brisbane area the last time I looked at the Yellow Pages over there. You may get more current information on local fields by contacting the people at MacDev (http://www.macdev.net/). There's also a pretty active PB forum in Australia called Bill's Paintball (http://www.billspaintball.com/index.shtml).

Australia's such a great place to visit. You ought to consider doing some touring around if you get the chance. :cool:
