On the IAO official prize list it says that 3- XL Angel Markers will be given away. What is an XL Angel?

Best to ask them what they meant by it. So far I haven't personally seen anything about WDP releasing anything new besides the Speed and accessories.

Whan you say world cup do you mean a US thang or the Millennium world cup. I can tell you that there is no way a (the) new angel will be in tulouse. Way to early

i can see why they might bring it out this early. Its a money making thing. If you keep making new stuff, everbody is going to want it, therefore they keep making money faster.
