Best way to get a HALO to work on a 2k3?

I am sick of chopping w/ the eggs. So im going to get dangerous and try a HALO. What is the best way i can prevent the problems that are notorious w/ the HALO?

I have thought of these so far

Cobra Indestructosomething detent
and make sure the HALO has the new software.
and lots of prayer

think it wont help with the halo, but it will help with the Eggs.

think you have all the upgrades you need, perhaps you could get ace, but that's a diff story

It would be super hard to get faster then an egg with y on semi. So how would turning down the mrof down help from choping? maby you should change the batts.

The probltm with halo's is that some angels have short bolts so a non force feed gun cant chop, but when the halo forces the ball down into the gun the ball rolls back and another ball gets partially forced down indo the breech and then it chops so you should check where the ball is rolling whn it falls into the breech and if another ball could be partially forced in there then dont get a halo.

Yboard eggs are slow... I never have trouble with my halo b with the TE software. Just make sure you have the TE software. I think the cobra indestructo ball detent is awsome. If you still have troubles with like double feeding you can just strech the spring out in the cobra detent and it will make the tension higher. Besides that you shouldn't have any problems.

think about it if something is just falling down do you think its gonna be as fast as something that you are pushing down? nope and yes i am dislexic and read my other post thats the reason why angels have problems with halo b's

Yes... but technically egg 2 is force fed b/c it throws the balls down the feed neck. The reason the halo is better is because it actually puts pressure on the ball so when one gets shot the otherone is already on its way in.

The absolute best way to get a HALO to work on an LCD is

1) A low rise is a MUST. Less stack height=less force on the stack
2) Cobra indestructo detent. Much better then stock for HALO use
3)TE Software - Helps bigtime
4)Up the dwell by one or two (was a fix in the past)
5) Grease the belt drive of the HALO so it slips before giving too much force.

With those things done - it will work but there is STILL a chance it might not. Its a hit or miss thing. Some halos need some tweaking and things to work- Others no matter what, NEVER work with angels. Goodluck

eggs are force fed... its shoving the ball down the feed tube if you ever used an egg you would notice that the flexible impeller thingy will be bent on a ball, if thats not force fed then i dont know what is

my friends 2k3 LCD works just fine with a halo. I dont understand why but I have a cobra ball detent on the way as well.
