Hi, i recently purchased a used 2k2 C&C LCD. On the way to my house it was sent through TAG and had the board swapped for a new one i believe (or just zeroed out, not sure) and a silver service. Anyway, Only about half of the backlight works, about half way there is a diagonal line where the light just stops. I have taken the screen out to make sure there are no loose connections or anything. Anyone else have this happen to them? Well the main question is - How does the WDP waranty work? Would it still aply to this? Does a transfer of ownership affect it? Anyone have a link to the waranty online? I never got a waranty card, so no, i didnt send one in, does that mean it doesnt apply to me? The previous owner says it was this way out of the box and it really never bothered him. To tell you the truth, it doesnt especially bother me, but i would like to have everything perfect on this gun. Thanks in advance

I bet your LCD has a hairline crack on it, did u handle it roughly or anything? and what you should do is bring it to the person and say to replace your board becuase this one came with a broken LCD

well he said it was like that out of the box so he didnt touch it, if so its a factory fault so it should fall under warranty, how long did the original owner use it?

It was purchased towards febuary, not sure what store (i will try to get that info tomorrow.) I dont think the board needs to be replaced, prolly just the lcd screen? It had 000000 shots on it when i got it, and believe it has a brand new board. He said TAG told him that he would have to pay to fix it, thats why he didnt do it right away (this guy is kinda shady tho, im not sure it even went to TAG, i think he had a data link and just zeroed it.) But he once emailed me a reciept from somewhere (i dont have it anymore) that stated it was purchased on febuary 14th i believe.
Well anyway - How does the card system work? would i have to send one in? he said he never did.... Well anyway, thanks for the help.
