hey, i bought a 2001 C&C LCD used with about 50 k shots on it. Well, a few days ago i turned on the gun, and a code four came up... my temp is about 20 degrees to low consistantly, but that went away and i haent seen that since. Yesterday, i turned on the vibes, and it sounded like it was winding down. And after, i opened her up, and it turns out the battery connection had been soldered on, and that had come loose.
Now, i have a few questions, one, can you get new clips for the angel battery, cause otherwise the battery is great. two, will i have to replace the board and the battery, or could i just get a friend to solder the battery clip back on the battery, and replace the board, or just solder that back on, and see how it works. I want it to be reliable of course, but i dont want to shell out 150 for a new battery and board from the angel guy...
i have the old style board, so im paying the extra cash... Also, im going to the chicago open coming up, and how are the tech guys there, and do they charge the same as the angel guy and is any of this under warrenty?
