How do I know if my board is screw'd?

I dont know if it's my board or my battery, if I pull the yellow thingey out the lcd lights up and shows real strange things en then suddenly it goes dead i tried recharging but still the same prob. thnx

what do you mean by the yellow thingy, oh and those things you described sound exactly the same as when my brother's ir3 board got fried sorry

i assume the yellow thing is the tab that angels without switches have

so in other words a very old angel, since i have never even seen one of those
