I have had two AiR's for about a year now without a problem. (Hope I dont curse myself) If you sent it in twice sounds like you sent to the wrong person, or you got a lemon.

Hi jQuick179 I got a brand new 68/45 AIR and I'm having probloms too. What kind of probloms r u having.? My was rebuilt two times already but I think we have solved it I hope . The output pres. would rise and vent out the vent and out of the output pres. screw the problom I think was that the rocket had a bad fit into the base of the AIR it was to tight and this casued the main seal to remain open thus causeing a rapied rise in pres.this blew the o-ring and rocket orings. WE THIKNK. ?? let me know

I bought my 88/45 AIR in the middle of Sept. My regulator will leak slowly and the tank will be empty over a weeks time. I just need to send it into Cobra or TheAngelGuy. Who is better with warranty work? I just hope I don't have it rebuilt and it does the same thing.

My AIR was fantastic for a while. Then it blew. I had the seals replaced. It was good for two games. Then it blew.

Now I use a Crossfire 68/45. Its great.

I have had some problems with my AIR but Rocky changed the seals and removed some metal shavings left from production and works perfect now. I have yet to try it on the Bauer systems that have the single button operation.

I bought a brand new AIR at Cup. First fill was nice and slow from a local shop that I used to go to when I lived in Orlando, everything after that was from the compressors at Cup. I just checked my pressure last night and it's still pretty much right where I left it when I left the World Cup site. So it really sounds like you might have some problems. Replacing all the seals, or even rebuilding the reg might be the way to go on that one. Good Luck

I went to play recently, when I went to get me first air fill the guy flash filled my tank and tore the o-ring inside. I was even using the Cobra restrictor. Sold my air. Now I am going to use a preset. One less thing to maintain, forget double regging.
