For those of you members who are on 56k this will affect you the most.

I removed the redirect pages that you used to see after posting.

You should notice a slight increase in load times after a post since you will be taken straight back to the thread instead of a seperate page tehn back.

after you hit reply or when you posted a new thread, after you submitted it would take you to a page that said thank you for posting you are now being directed back to where you came from, well that page no longer exists and you just get taken back to thread you made or posted in.

thats just how they wrote vbulletin software, it had to do w/ passing all the infomation to the database and now they have found a new way around it.

ah cool, all the other forums out there should do it now as that screen is pointless, all it does is use up unnecesary bandwith

poor kids with your 56k connection....i feel for you, i used to have a constant 28.8k connection or worse. now i have cable....it is great!!!

I'm noticing a difference here. I get a sattelite link to the net, but unfortunately I have to share it wth hundreds of other computers, so it really kills the speed down to slllooooooowwwwww.
