why does it take a relay long time to fill my a.i.r, honestly it takes about 3 minutes to fill it to 4500psi.

sounds like you've got either a bad fill nipple or a clogged fill nipple...the other possibility is that the field's air system either doesn't have enough pressure, or their booster pump is in need of a tune-up...
seen all these problems

What's the air source? Compressor? Scuba tanks? details!
it does this everywhere i go. my buddy also has an angel air and his gets filled in like 10 sec while mine taks well over 2 minutes.

has it always done this from day one? if not then I would recommend rebuilding your reg (ie check o-rings, and seals, as well as the fill nipple, and all other internals) if it's been that way since day one take it to a tech and have them look at it....might want to call one of the service centers/sponsors listed here on the site and see what they recommend, but it seems like you might need a rebuild
