View Full Version : Need Help - Atomix broke my IR3

The guy at atomix shot my Ir3, one of their techs I believe.

The gun worked absolutely flawlessly before he shot it, after I got it back from him I went home. When I tried to turn my gun on at home, the LCD screen read Mem6, then goes blank.

I brought it back to them, and they refuse to take any responsibility even though it had to have been something they did like holding the red button down while turning it off/on.. I have heard that can create the situation I am in.

At any rate, does anybody know what the problem is and how I could fix it.

The gun is still a baby, with only 22K shots. I know its something they did, because I have had 0 problems before they touched it.

There are a couple of threads that describe the problem you're having. I think they were titled "mt ir3 reset itself or something along those lines. Try the sreach and see what you get.

I know theres apatch for some flaws in the programming. Theres several threads around with the link.

Yeah really dosent seem like some thing any one screwed up so I woulnt try to place blame....some times the board just does some freaky things. Try charging it that was all that was wrong with my LCD when it did that.

Now, now...no bashing on another store/feild just because you are sponsored by futureball. Atomix is the best place I have played at to date. And I've learned never to bash something or someone because you never know when you might be going to them for sponsorship

that sucks man and i am not too sure about your problem... i guess that when you hold down the red button before the gun fully works through its initial startup sequence could mess something up... look at computers... same thing

try removing the battery connection... so there is no power to the angel... wait a second and throw he battery back in.. see if it changes anything...?
