adrenline led... can you tell if its adrenlized?

could you tell if something was adrenlized interals by not looking at it... i dont think so.. but this guy flamed my led and i need some support.

I don't think by looking at it externally that you can tell between an Adreline and a non-adrenaline....if someone is saying that's not it might be that they are expecting to see the air assist tubes, some of the fancy mill work, and the fancy anodizing that Adrenaline is famous for. If you sent yours off, and had them do the internals then hey that's all that matters to you right???

I wasn't aware that adrenalin did any internal Angel components, besides a stainless hammer...anyone care to elaborate?
