Well, it's been a while since the speed release... so after the test of time, how have Halos performed on speeds? Do they chop alot or make you juice your pants because they are so stupidly fast?

this question has been asked already. Do a search. I think the name of the thread was "halo problems"

my halo works great i've used both with and without TE (for extended amounts of time) and both work extremely well.

Is there a way to adjust the Halo B's speed, or is it just all or nothing? I've read in some threads something about programming them, but I don't see how this would be possible.

Dont you want it to feed as fast as possible anyway?? But i think there is a way to change the pressure it aplies to the stack of balls when force feeding them.

I barrowed a Halo B with the TE software today from a friend just to shoot a hopper and OMG. It was insanly fast. I only outshot it once for a miniscul amount of time. Only 1 trigger pull. I didnt chop though. The sensi saved me.

Halos are retardedly fast. If you ever outshoot one ur a liar!

we outshot it last weekend. had a full auto Imp on 20 BPS. it was pretty cool, actually ;)- but yeah we did outshoot it. Sustain a long enough, high enough rate of fire and you run out the "spring buffer" stack and the motor has to kick in to recharge the spring.

OK ok it IS possible to outshoot em, but not in a normal game. What I ment was that 99 out of 100 times you will never have to worry about it.

and tempest its easy to outshoot it on a impulse. Impulses have a noticable amount of blowback and will slow the bps that a halo can do.

When i was shooting i wasnt in a game. I was standing there emptying a hopper as fast as i could. And when i outshot it it was only 1 shot. Not even a whole gap in balls. The ball was probably mm's from hitting the senser. Anyways maybe it was low on batteries. It was also crappy paint. In a game have no worries.

my imp had no blowback. did the tissue test many times.

Mitch Karn of the Xball team Detrit Thunder has his impulse so tight he can get like 18-20 bps without even trying.. my grandmother could rip that much even on his it's insane, so low pressure and no blowback whatsoever, its amazing...
