how can you get the best air efficiency with a 45 psi tank and a stock c&c ir3? i was just wondering if there is any tricks.

are you trying to say 450 psi or 45 cubic inch.??

Just make sure everything is set properly (Ram, Snap Ring, LPR, etc). And a good paint-to-barrel match.
