ok heres my problem it probably isnt but im just makin sure ok i guess my ram adjustment is set fine because i can hear my bolt click against the rear of the ram but im not 100 percent sure its the rear and i can also feel some resistance opening the breech with the bolt in it... but what troubles me is when i shut off my cops i start to chop after i hit 10 bps or so its not my hopper or my dwell or my lpr....could my chopping be a result of improper ram adjustment.

Your ram could be too far forward, also making the bolt too far forward. Move your ram back a little bit then adjust your snap ring.

What hopper are you using? Because with COPS off, it could be you overshooting the feedrate, not just of the hopper, but other things can influence the feedrate of the marker.

Anything that you could get to fit into those two holes. Like a fine-needle nose pliers.

You can also use two small screwdrivers of something like that. It takes a lot to get it moving

c-clip pliers work perfectly,

also do if u dont chop with cops turned on then it's not your ram... i suggest leaving it alone before you really cause it to start chopping
