new opti board problem

i hava a new fly IR3 it is a cool blue color and it had blue grips i decided to change the grips to pearl ones . it created a funny problem when i did this , everytime i held the gun to the left it would shoot , and then every time i held the gun to the it woulnd't fire ,
i was stumped i went the whole gun , i adjusted the lpr and adjusted the snap ring, i lubed the marker .
so , after a frustraiting day , just on a hunch i changed the grips back to blue , i wondered if the color of the grips affected the board by letting too much light in and affecting the trigger

well that was it , after i changed the grips i had no further problems and the marker shoot like a dream

That is interesting. That sounds like that was the problem (light getting through the grips). I wonder if anyone else had/has this problem. If not, perhaps you got a bad pair of pearl grips. Otherwise, maybe there is a fix for it.

yea i threw the grips out that fixed it fine .LOL
