Mem6 cops2.

Im having a problem adjusting my sens level. I start at 12. and if i lower it anymore then 11, it wont pass the paint? Now i tried with 3 brands of paint and all the same. So im thinking i need a new sensor? And my rod is clean, and i put grease under the sensor for vibrations. Ive only had it for a month or so, and havent used cops at all. (resulting from egg2 y-board, and only being able to shoot 10bps...lol) So my question is, whats wrong? is it time to get a new one? thanks.

Kyle.

make sure that your rod is clean, and the hole that the rod passes through has no paint or grease or anything like that in it.

also make sure that the grease is underneath the sensor and not in the hole that the bottom of the rod rests in.

Check to make sure the sensor "pad" isn't cracked or you haven't pinched the wire. The same thing happened to me after the first day I used my Dark IR3. I wound up sending back to Warped and they took care of me but they had to replace the sensor.

Take at look at those and let us know what you find.

After a careful examination i can see a flat spot on the cops wire(green). its not big, and doesnt look like the wire is broken but i guess this is the problem? and my Bas is functioning correctly aswell?

That's what it sounds like. You may have pinched the wire. I know the sponsors have the sensors for a little. And since it sounds as if the gun is fairly new they may even replace it under warranty.
