Is anyone using a preset nitro tank (450 PSI) on an Angel LCD ? If so, how do you like it? does it work ok?

What would ya'll recommend between the 800 psi and 450 psi preset tanks? (the 800 is more $).. . Please let me know asap, cause I'm about to order one!

Thanks!

i would recommend the 800 psi... although 450 psi SHOULD be enough to supply more than 300fps, you want a little extra air. Thats why WDP recommends input of 600psi, but 800 is fine. Also i'm assuming your talking about Crossfire tank? Crossfires have a really high recharge rate so youshouldn't have a prob with it at all.

Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I was talking about the Crossfire tanks. I'll probably get the 800 psi (that's what I have now, except it's a FAT 114ci 3000) just to be safe. I'm moving up to a 68/4500 tank.

Thanks again!

Okay i did a search...and came up with pretty much nothing. Heres my question. I wanna know what screw in bottle is best. Between PMI...ACI..and crossfire. I am leaning toward Crossfire, cuz of the fact i was at a show and saw them testing against all of the spensive highflow rate tanks such as Angel AIR, Geddons, Apocs. and even conquests. And i got to see flow rates of all of them on 3 different guns, and the RED high pressure Crossfire 68/4500 had the best CONSTANT flow rate. So my question is do you have the same opinion on crossfire??? And where is the cheapest place to get one of their new tanks online? Thanks guys!

OK, looks like we are in the same boat..

I also am looking at all the tanks above, with the addiftion of the center flag 68/4500 (with grey/bluish reg) - it's a small reg and looks cool.

But, which one is best out of these presets, and why? - Basically the same question as poster above.

Can someone help us ?

(where did you read that article on crossfire consistency? - i saw that along time back, but can't seem to find it).

thanks!

When you saw this, did you ask to see the dwells of the guns that they were shooting? That’s an old scam- they put the dwell very short on their gun, and the dwell up higher on other tanks so it takes longer to recharge.

Don’t buy that kind of hype without looking at their "test" critically.

i dont know about crossfire and consistnancy, but i do know that Crossfires have very good recharge rate. Faster than a Smart Parts Maxflow. I also recommend Nitroducks. Very consistnat.

LOL! The question was brought up by alot of people, all the same questions. And the guns were NOT tampered with or anything set to make them more consistant. Dont always think your getting scamed, otherwise your not gunna be able to buy things that are new, you cant just jump on the bandwagon and say, YIPEE look at my angel air! Try somthing new, look into it, and trust companies that bring new products. The tests were real, i saw LIVE results and printouts of 7 different guns.

Remember that for some paintball is a business. Its your job to look through the hype and marketing to see what they are truly selling.

Jason has stated that an angel will work fine with pre-set HPA. Having an adj. tank gives you some flexiblity (lets you single reg if you wanted). And some adj tanks have better flow than there pre-set counterparts.

Buy what you want, but at the same time dont buy hype.
