Need Advice on New Speed

Hey, I'll be getting a Speed in the next few weeks from TAG. Right now I have a 68 3000 nitro duck tank, and an Angel AIR on order. When I get my AIR, should I just run the AIR at 500, the mini-reg at 300 and the dwell at desired FPS? Or should I adjust the mini-reg/AIR lower for better efficiency/consistency and raise the dwell?

I run my AIR output pressure at about 360 and play with my minireg till it's at 280... This works just fine for me.

put air at like 250 or so, then gut the mini reg, then adjustthe air till you get your desired velocity.
