Ram problem

when i fire the gun my ram some times gets in the front then fires and breaks paint then the bolt gets stuck up in the chamber i just installed a new ram casue the other one broke is there something i need to put in right.. please help

Did you adjust the Ram properly? Then did you adjust the snap ring?
