First problem...

Recurring ASA leak -- where i screw in the minireg, nomatter what i do there is a tiny leak. Its not thta big, but i first noticed it when i got some oil on the threads, gassed up the gun, and noticed bubbles forming. I have tried replacing the o-ring, cleaning the threads, etc. and it wont go away! its not serious, but its annoying as heck... any ideas? The only abnormal thing i noticed are the first thread on the minireg (top) and the first thread on the asa (bottom) are kinda rough, but the seal made by the o-ring (which i replaced just in case btw to no effect) should negate that, so it shouldnt matter. Weird....

Put some teflon tape on the threads.

I had a leak at the top of my VRA/ASA and the fix was to grease the LPR O-rings. Give that a try.

There should be a Large Allen bolt on the side opposite your macro fittring, which is there in case you want to put in a guage. sometimes you must tighten this bolt to stop asa leaking
