Hey guys, I'm looking to get a clamping low-rise for my Speed and was wondering what options are out there.

Thanks

There is a thread somewhere here on a clamping low rise for speeds... do a search.

Yes, but its concerning an unavailible Check-It clamping low rise. I was wondering which clamping low-rises fit. My friend has an older generation Strangler and he can't use it without the high rise adapter because the threads don't extend far enough.

hey guys, I know that with the IR3s you couldnt put a low rise on because the breech wouldnt open past it. Can the Speed's breech open without touching the check it low rise?

Um I think you are mistaken Badger. You can use a regular low rise on an IR3 (or speed now).
The problem was people wanted a gated feed low rise and THAT wasn't possible becuase its too wide at the bottom. So I think you are getting things confused..

with the clamp version low rise, do we still need to sand down the Halo B neck? or can we just clamp it :) .. be nice if that's the case.

You still probably have to sand it a little bit becuase the HALO's neck is a beast.
