Led Hook Up

Ok i just got my first angel.
I know almost nothing about them so i need some help.

Question 1;
Once i hook up the hose to the cradle and what not.
And once im ready to hook up my air, what do i need to do.
Adjust the reg, or what. or can i just hook it up.

If it hasn't been tuned then do so. Check your LPR and adjust the fps from your reg. That's all.
