View Full Version : Two IR3 stolen in Toronto...

Two IR3's have been stolen from Premium Paintball Products in Toronto Canada.

The two IR3 were...

1) A black dust CL*SS.
2) A Silver Dust C&C.

It was 16-18 year old kids that did it; and they pretty much targeted the guns because of the price tags. Besides that they hardly knew anything about paintball.

I will have the # of the guns tomorrow. There is also no charge in the batteries so the guns aren't even operational.

If one of these guns pops up suspiciously on the states side please call (416) 284-0746. A reward for the guns return is also in place.

how do you know that they didnt knew anything about paintball... Did you get the chance to talk to them while they stole them?

I talked to them for 10 mins, another sails person talked to them for another 20 mins before that.

I've been in sails for a little less then a year, I can pick noobs out when talking to them the second they open thier mouth.

If they dont get caught with the guns, thier 30 mins of mug shots on video should get them.

Im not sure if u can do this but its just a thought.. you think u can get a list of all the address' from local toronto pb fields? since the first time u go to any field u must fill out a form.. their files should be in there computers.. maybe if theres some way u can get the address' then maybe give those to local police? have them take it from there...police could get warents to search houses or sumthin? lol it would take a really long time to search all those houses... but u never know.. it might be werth it..

i dont know if u can do that but i just thought of it so.. just tryin to help out.. good luck again

so they could just search every 16-18 yr old males house that has gone to the field.

it would cost more than the guns costed brand new to even do that. the police would be better off writing you a check for the guns than that.

i just played a GT (Golden Triangle) 3 man tourney...
visit www.gtpaintball.com for dates on the tour.. well i saw a couple canadians shooting angels.. forgot the colors and types... they will be in montreal soon i think.. hopefully, they didn't play the one in Belfast, NY because they were in Toronto and aren't doing the WHOLE tour.. look into that... don't worry, my new Speed shot all those who owned an Angel so igot them back if they did lift it from you.

tell us if you do find them, I'd like to hear about this. You could try to check online auction sites and see if they try to move the stuff that way.

vantage what do u mean when u say u will check the serial#'s ?? will u actually stop people and ask them to open there angels...??

that was stupid...police cant search a house without probable clause, thats why you have the 4th amendment protecting you from unnessecary searches and seisures, its against consitutional law to do that off a whim. The best he can do is hope to god he finds them, but if the kids were smart they aren't going to bust em out at the local field if they see fliers, so i highly suggest against the use of fliers. Just have employees play at local fields during busy days (usually sunday) and hope they find em, other wise you are SOL man, sorry to hear about the loss. Some fokker at the chicago NPPL stole a silver dust with blue accessories angel speed and a 2k1 WDP angel lcd with ACE from Alex Fraige, we found his ass tho, he posted em up on pbnation.com, what a smart guy

Ok...I have had 2 guns stolen from me...I got them back the next day because I engraved Blinky into both of the Breeches of my Adrenalin's. My advice to you is not to put Blinky in(on) your marker...but instead put like your little code name and don't tell anyone about it and never let anyone clean or play with your marker unless he is a teammate or someone else you think is trustworthy.

Why would u wanna engrave ur name? Just write down the serial Numbers, they are engraved in the gun

Has this type of thread ever worked ?, i mean if i had a stolen marker i would't exactly go flashing the serial number about, and if someone has bought it then there not exactly just going 2 give it back, and you would have 2 prove 2 the police beyond any doubt that it was your marker

I would keep an eye on ebay and other online sales of used paintball equipment. Thieves are stupid.

I got my first ir3 on ebay. After winning the bid, I got an email from a dealer in the seller’s area. He thought the gun was stolen and gave me the numbers. Turns out it was the gun from his store. He had the local police contact me. I gave them all the sellers info. It was some punk kid. The cops showed up as he was going out to dinner with his parents. He squealed on his friend and both got busted.

I had to send the gun back to the dealer so he could collect on insurance for the damage done to the new gun. He sold me a new one at cost and gave me credit for the cash I paid out.
