My IR3 lost velocity on Saturday. With the mini-regulator wide open it would only shoot 230fps. My whole day was frantic. On the tailgate of my truck I replaced the snap ring, checked the LPR (perfect at 95psi), checked the output of my tank, and reset the ram stroke. I had only missed one game. I ran to the chrono and once again only shoot 230. Holy Crap! The only thing left was the mini regulator. I layed out a white towel and took it apart. There at the very bottom of the regulator was a piece of aluminum. I removed it, reasembled and I was back in buisness.

This is how I goofed it up. When I cut my micro line I cleaned off the outside plastic shavings but notice a lot of cutting debris in the microline holes. Being the genius I am I took my drill and proper bit and reamed the inside of the micro line to remove the plastic. Evidently my drill bit had been used on aluminum at sometime in the past and a piece of aluminum drilling was in the groove of the bit. I went straight to the mini regulator and monkeyed it up.

In conclission, when you cut micro line clean it out good. LOL

Damn man. First off never turn the mini reg all the way up. It will really screw up your Ram and LPR. Dude, you are gonna have some problems. Sucks for you.
