did you fix it yet? I dunno, but just guessing that it could be either a hole in your bodie or maybe something to do with sensi?

that is jacked up... i have no clue why it would do that... hum, maybe it could be something around that area that is wrong... look into the ram stroke adjustment or even to see if there is too muc pressure going into the gun... i guess you should run it likr 550-600 psi for the output press... if you go too low then maybe you don't have enough air to push the bolt fully forward and back therefore creating a space for air to leak out... not too sure why its coming out where you said it does though... lata hope this helps...
can you be more specific? The TOE adjustment hole?

It could also be your ram rear o-ring, or the solenoid leaking air. Both have channels to the inside of the gripframe.
This one's less probable, but you might want to check the gas channel plug-screws under the gripframe. Take the gripframe off and test with a few drops of soap water if any of the screws leak. Fixed easy by applying new loctite according to manual and re-tightening.

What does the grip frame being loose have to do with air leaking?
First you have to figure out if there IS air leaking from the grip or if it just SOUNDS like that is where it is coming from. If there IS air leaking from inside the grip, then just send it in because there is nothing you can do at that point.
Chances are, it is coming from the 14way or the ram and the noise is showing itself throught the grip hole.

here's what you do.. .the water test... get an idea of where it is leaking and like use a spray bottle and give it like 1-2 squirts on that area... look for bubbles poping and you'll know where the leak is exactly... be careful... electronics and water don't mix so don;t squirt your board and whatnot

Yes it can happen that air is leaking from the upper grip trough that little "emergency" hole.
At first make sure that the gun is not under pressure!
Then remove the right end cap and check if the air pistons rubber ring is covering the little hole on the bottom.
Probebly it is not covering it and it is behind that little hole.
No problem. Just remowe carefully the piston and check if the spring stack order is ok or not. Maybe you have to increase the pressure too with a shim. After this operation you have to check if the output pressure is ok or not.
I hope I could help,

syentific..i have no idea why it would leak there..but a guy brought in a CLASS IR3 that was leaking from the frame, and when I went to take the frame off, i noticed that the front screw wasn't tight..so i tightened it back up and it quit leaking..
