Well, I just recently baught a angel speed. Great gun love it. And ive run it under a crossfire w/850 output, anyway Im wondering if it is a problum that i dont use a on/off valve i just have a regular bottom line (baught it, so i could shoot my gun) and when i take the tank off i shoot the trigger so the tank doesnt leak out air. My question is, am i dry-firing my gun when i do this, and will it hurt my gun??
No it won't hurt it....How can the gun tell there is no paintball?? lol
My suggestion is to get an on/off anyway becuase they will save you on tank o-rings and getting dirt and dust in all the threads...

All you're doing is getting blank shots, a blank shot at the end of the day is the same as a blank shot in the middle of a game when you don't reload soon enough. Your marker doesn't know the difference between a shot with a ball and a shot without a ball. Therefore shooting your marker without paint in it will not harm anything.

I had a friend with 75000+ shots on the counter after he used about 5 cases of paint so around 65000 shots where dry firing and his gun like most angels railed like a beast!
