Consistancy (preset vs Maxflow) and weight

Ok guys heres the deal. Im considering gettin rid of my Max Flow (68/45 new style) and going back to a preset on a uni mount. Now i was wondering how much different would it be in consistancy and in weight ? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

i'm pretty sure that the max flo would be more consistent than a preset as its one of the most consistent regs on the market. I run a max flo on my ir3 and it works great. The preset would probably be light because it wouldn't have the reg on it. But I dont think its all that heavy when its on the gun.

I run presets on all my gons and coant complain. I get about +/- 5fps with a good paint barrel match. I think the Max-flow might be more consistent but really I think +/-5 is pretty good

i have a preset and i get about +1/-1 fps.....i am not kidding either it must be the gun(im poor i dont got the money for and angel air)
