OK, here is the skinny...
My LED is leaking air somewhere is the vicinity of the pin that holds the LPR assy in place, either that or the small hole just forward of that. It isn't leaking alot, but you can definitely hear it. This can't be normal, right? I put locktight around the pin and it hasn't stopped. Anyone have similar problems or any suggestions on what the cause may be and how to correct it? The LPR assy is new and the O-rings are in excellent shape.

sounds like the pipe going into the flash chamber has developed a leak......1 of 2 things to look at. I'm pretty sure that pipe just screws into the flash chamber, but I can't remember 100%. You want to check and make sure it's seated all the way into both the flash chamber and the grip frame. Everytime I've ever had a leak from that area it was because I didn't seat it right when putting it back together.
Hope that helps somewhat.

I don't think that it is from the pipe, it is i there pretty tight and the noise isn't coming from the grip frame opening. When I air it up and use liquid soap, the bubbles come from between the flash tank and the LPR pin.

Yo.
Check and make sure the o-ring that holds the flash tank to the body is intact. There should be a manifold o-ring between the two
parts around the screw.Chances are it got cut when the new lpr was installed.

Nope, that's not it. The O-ring is brand new and I made sure that it was in place before tightening the flash tank down.

Yo,
Ok weve eliminated the obvious, now lets look deeper. If the marker is shooting fine(besides the leak)it could be a faulty exhaust valve.Ive seen this before in LED's and a a further note the same valve in a different marker was fine. Also check and make sure when the lpr was installed, that the correct valve spring was installed.Assuming a LCD lpr was used, the valve spring will be about 1/4 inch shorter than a original LED spring.
The second thing it also might be is the mini-reg itself. If you have a toolkit, check and make sure the LPR is running 85-95 and snaps
right back up after each shot.If it is low the lpr might be the culprit,if not star with the exhaust valve and spring.Let me know if this helps.

I don't think that the LPR is the culprit, it is new and yes it is an LCD part but I am almost positive that I used the correct spring. I know that the LPR is maintaining 85-95psig, I have the WDP LPR gauge installed on my gun and it always reads 6 bar (90 psig). It looks like it is coming out of that little hole. What is that little hole for, anyway? I heard someone say one time that it was a relief for the LPR but I can't find any info to confirm that.

Yo,
Squid,It has to be leaking from the exhuast valve,I recommend
sending it to ronnie so that you dont have to buy a bunch of extras. He can swap valves and valve springs to find the problem.
