I just got a thor system from pmi. I also have a new angel ir3. my gun seemed to work okay at first, but it would take a long time to recharge, and I think it is because my pressure was only at like 350, but I can't seem to get my thor to go past that. Anyway, today I kept messing with it, trying to get the pressure around 600, and I started hearing air leaking on my angel. It comes out around the sight rail. So I unscrewed my tank a little and it quit. Then I began to screw it a little more and it started leaking a little more, I let it sit for a little while and it just quit, but as I begin to screw my tank in all the way it starts leaking again. I havent shot my angel yet, so I don't think anything needs to be adjusted but mabey. If anyone could help it would be great, thanks.

I know the pressure is way to low, but I can't seem to get the pressure past that, I'm beggining to think mabey it's the gauge thats screwed up. Should I mess with the gasket or have someone else do it?

how many regs are you running? If you have a preset tank, Thor, and your inline Minireg all on the gun, you should set your Thor somewhere around 600 or so and adjust the minireg until your shooting 300fps. But having 3 regs could cause shootdowns and slower recharge time.

The thor is supposed to just make you be abel to adjust a preset tank, it is suspossed to have a very high flow rate, but again, that is just what it is susposed to do. I'm gonna email someone at pmi and see what is wrong with the reg, because I think that's the problem, thanks for the help though.

How hard is it to replace the solenoid gasket, and by the way I've only had my gun for a month, is there something I could have done that messed up the gasket, because it didn't leak like that at first?

So I just have to adjust it, so it fits better?

try to isolate the problem by using different N2 systems or different inline regs. If the problem persists, you know that the cause lies in the solenoid. But its possible that if you try a different tank or reg, the leak will stop. You gotta try different combinations.

hey I fixed my reg, and brought my angel to warped sportz, he thinks it might be the 14 way, but he didn't wan't to touch that because it's expensive, but he's gonna wait for some techs that are coming from some tournament, so I'll just wait. I was just wondering though, how could my 14 way get messed up when I've only had the gun for a month

What is the solenoid called in the manual, I couldn't really find it in the manual, and by the way, If the 14 way is bad, how can I use my 6 month warranty to get it fixed. I don't know who to send it to.

Will they do warranty work? I mean will I have to pay for a new 14 way if that's what wrong, or do they do warranty stuff, because I got the impression that the warranty would cover something like that. I would think wdp would take care of for sure, but do the sponsors do warranty work too. I have no clue what to do, by the way thanks for the help jason

It is very unlikely that the 14-way itself is bad. It is possible for one of the two gasket seal on the 14-way to be damaged or loose, but the "expensive" portion of the 14-way is a savable part in almost every case. Also keep in mind that cut ram o-rings could cause the gun to leak from the 14-way area. I am pretty sure that all of the site sponsors provide free warranty work on the IR3's so all you are out is the shipping. However, if the Warped location you visited has a certified tech they too should provide you free warranty work.

thanks for the help, but I found out that where I bought it from, paintballgear.com, will do the work for me they have a tech. So I'm just gonna send it to them, because I have to wait 3 weeks with warped for the atlantic city techs to come through

Sorry bad news FrenZy....
Mine had a leak from the sight rail.
All gaskets was ok, fitted a new 14-way valve and problem solved.

I have a feeling that's what the techs are gonna have to do to mine
