boy...Action Village is really taking their precious time processing my Speed order. I ordered during the day on Tuesday and the order has been finally sent to the warehouse. my hopes of getting it tomorrow were just shattered...:lost: :doh: :angry: :pissed:

The last thing I bought from AV was my kapp dropzone, which was before I had my angel, and knew about AOG and their sponsors. Actuially, I got it from Mo's also before I knew about AOG. :tongue:

see i wouldnt order paint online..but the nearest place that sells good paint is more than an hour away...anyways...yeah...it was a dumb mistake....but that free shipping deal is great with somethings..cause there prices on some items are actually pretty good...

AV is horrible it took them 2 weeks to send out jerseys to our team that was supose to take 4 days. and they are the wrong jerseys so we r trying to get the right ones now. and they screwed me over with my speed. i cancelled my order and got one from angel-parts

see..i think AV has a monopoly in the online paintball industry...i mean, they have practically in the inventory(stuff that other places dont stock regularly) and then they jack the prices up on some items...such as popular item....i have to admit though...their paint prices are fair...thats about it...

i ordered it on a thursday they said it would get to me on monday. Monday it didnt come. so i decided to wait to see how long it would take them. on friday i called them and they said come pick it up its at our store so i went out its like an hour away from my house and they had my order as a jt excellerator instead of the speed. they finnally realized it was my speed after an hour of convincing them but they wouldnt let me buy it because i didnt have the same credit card on me. so then they told me it would come on that monday if i had them ship it out. i said ok and come monday it didnt show up so i called them and they told me they didnt have any in stock when just 3 days ago i saw the gun myself. so i cancelled my order from them

i have noticed over the past year or so their service has really gone down the drain...i used to be a big fan of theirs.....now they are starting to suck...

Last I ordered from them was around 3 years ago. I got fed up. Always messing up my orders. Ordered a Freak from them and they had 16 business days to get it to me. I needed it for a tourney. Do you think they got it to me in 16 business days? Nope. That's 3 weeks and an additional day, amazing. Their prices are fair mostly speaking, but I like someone backing myu purchases and that's why I have my selected stores. Thankfully for me Mo's in not far from me, and Ken and Eric/Sean are an email or a phone call away. Used them before AOG, will continue using them until I'm not satisfied. It's my hard earned money.

a year ago i wouldn't have bought from any other site, but now with the lack of care they have for customer service, i rarely use them anymore.

I have never had any problems with them. I always get it in like 3 days and I have ordered from them around 7 times.

i have ordered from them prolly around 20 or so times....and the latter of those orders, i have had the most problems...

i dont know about you guys but i order alot of stuff from action village,i order my air tanks jerseys and alot of stuff from there and they did a great job on getting it to my house on time,i would order it on monday evening and then i would do next day air and it would be here the next day[if it was in stock].oh and every thing that i order from them hasnt has a problem.

AV can suck my whooo! i hate them... it took over like 1.5 months to ship out my b-day gifts that my parents and gilfriend got me.. well i just got them liek a week ago and my b-day was mid March... THey ordered it before then by the way. I ordered a Smart Parts blue AA barrel tip for my freak that still is backordered.... damn them to hell... :boink:

man, i have never had a problem with them. Ive ordered from them 4 times, and everytime its been shipped on time and got here when it was supose to. everytime i ordersomething its shipped same day and is here 2 days with normal ups ground. Maybe you guys just had some bad luck. And usually when u order something that is backordered they will send it out asap but if they dont get it from the manufature for a month you wont get it anytime soon. So thats not really there fault. Make shure its in before u order
