Hello crowd,

I recently bought a used Dark Angel LCD and have been LOVING it. I just got the Sexy Angel prog from FRAZER at WDP and started playing with modes and stuff. I got the gun to fire 22 balls per second and it was simply incredible. After I had tried it a few times, I went back in to put it back on the computer and slow things down a bit (22 balls per second is NOT neccesary in real life) and now when I turn the gun on I see the quick blip of the display showing all digits and then "nothing". I am freaking out. I know the only way for me personally to get it fixed is to send it out at $50 an hour. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do myself to try to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Well first of all, this shouldn't be in the LED forum. This is an LCD problem. Sounds like your board is fried...Those go for 75 for the upgrade and 25 if you already have version 2.

Yea, I have had this problem.. It starts up, shows you random digits, and then when it should go to -Safe- it just like turns off,right?......cuz if that isthe problem, you are just out of battery, and you need to charge your gun.

$50 an hour? Warped Sportz Dark Angel Warranty covers it.

Have you checked all of your connections? This includes LCD Display, 14-way, and battery. You didn't mess with the LCD Data String, did you?

uhm, I may have actually messed with the string. I got the Sexy Angel prog from Frazer at WDP and I "MAY" have messed with the settings. Is there a factory reset?

There should be a factory reset, since this isn't really a common problem, you would get much a much quicker answer if you called various wdp service centers and find out.
