When I turn the switch on, should I get that test screen? I just bought a new battery, and the board is new as well, but I keep getting that "tab in" message. I know everythings connected right.

Perhaps the switch is reversed.

I dont think it matters anymore. Now I dont get anything anymore. Unless the chargers a dud, though when I stupidly put it up to my mouth (to blow through it) I zapped myself so I guess it is pumping NRG.

You do know it has to be 'on to charge.

It is on, it just doesnt seem to want to charge.

When you zapped yourself you may have fried everything
