messed up board...

ok my board is kinda messed up... the 2 little switches on the board that control the dwell and the MROF.. well i put too big of screws in the frame and it took out the right one of those and the data link port or something like that... where can i get a board?..... i went to angelparts.com which is one of the sposors and they had a LCD board swap for $25 and a new LCD board for $150.. which one do i need? yes i have the version 2 board... thanks a lot

if you want a board swap there can't be any physical damage, so your stuck with paying the 150 i think. bummer.

ok... but why would it matter? because i assume with the board swap ur odering a new board.. i just dont see what the difference is

a board swap would be if you had a "software" problem (ie a code fault, or boot problem etc)

a new board would be necessary in a case such as this where user error caused physical damage to the board

no a board swap is just that...you swap boards (plus $25 or $75 if you have a v1 board) if thre is damage to the board yu have to buy a new one which is $150
