omg is there anyway?!

Is there anyway i can get the stock macro fitting off of the mini reg?!?! I have a brand new 03 and that thing is pissing me off. that thing is......impossible to get off. I wanna put a 45 degree swival one on, but i can't get the stock one off. I took off the black protective cover on the fitting that is flush with the bottom of the reg, and the sealent looks like a white/cream......umm sealent. It is impossible to get off. I put it in a vice, but it does fit a adjustable cresent wrench, so i just tried a plyers and brute strength. didn't work.....tried heating it up...didn't work, finally i quit, and just put in a really long macro line in. any suggestions?

yeah you stick the appropriate sized allen key inside the fitting where it's designed to go and give it a twist.......

ya you stick that apropriat sized alen wrench right in the apropriat place and you twist it apropriatly and it comes right off.

umm, mine broke so i just got 2 wrenches and twisted it off, not plyers wrenches

yeah, for some reason the macro line won't come off, its like dug it. however i got a suggestion from pbnation about putting the macro fitting itself in a vice and then use a adjustable wrench w/ cloth on it(so no scratching). Worked great, came right off.
