where to get owners manual

I just got my used LED and want to know how to do simple things like:

what to clean
what to oil
do you ever have to take it apart to clean bolt or brocken paint out of it?
How to adjust velocity?

I'm assuming the owners manual would tell me all the info that I desire is their a site out there where I can down load a manual? any help would be greatly appreciated
