View Full Version : Broken part (ATIR) on A1 board...

Hi everyone. I have problem whit my angel. This part (ATIR , activate trigger part) is broken...but my angel still working. It's very strange o_O. Can I fix it somehow or need to buy new from somewhere? For now my angel work, but nobody know... may be stop working some day and I need fix it shortly. Thx for any help! :)

Yes It Can Always Be Replaced. Most Places Might Tell You To Just Buy A Board. What Is Wrong With It? It Dont Look Cracked Or Anything.

i broke that part one time and replaced it with the eyes from an extra viewloader egg loader board i had laying around

worked like a charm

Not sure if it's possible for an A1 board, but I have used the IR transmitter and receivers from a computer mouse scroll wheel to repair an old IR3 board. It's a cheap and easy way to get the parts if you haven't got access to the parts themselves.

it can be done! you just need the equiment and the parts. I have the stuff needed to do kust dont have parts. The part needed is made my Kingbright. Its a photo interrupter. If I can find the part Id be more then happy to do the work. It would be alot cheapper then replacing the whole board.
