Greetings, i've only had my a1 for about a month now and have been happy with it with no problems till just recently. The gun is quite new, only has about 6,500 shots on the counter. After about 5,000 shots, the gun would start leaking from the breach after a shot was fired. It sounded like the ram wasn't returning. If i gave the gun a little shake the leak would stop and i was able to shoot again. This problem happened about once every pod fill then progressively got worse. Now it happens almost every shot.
Ive replaced the breech seal, completely re-lubed the gun, dropped a little love juice in the asa; nothing seams to help it. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? Thanks for taking the time to read!

Try replacing the orings on the ram and see if that does anything, but it sounds like your ram is going bad. comman problem with A1's right out the box for some reason. Before you drop the money on that though try the orings and double check your input presure and your LPR presure. If your lpr presure is not right as in if it is to low then the air wont be strong enough to pull the ram back. Also check your dwell time. make sure it is no lower than 6.5ms.

Thanks for the advise! I really think it might be my lpr pressure because after thinking about it, it didn't really start happening until after i tried adjusting it. I forgot all about it until you mentioned it. I also looked at the leak diagnostics before posting and it didnt seam to help but thanks anyways! Also tried adjusting the dwell from 6.5 where it was originally all the way up to 8.0 and didnt change so i figured it wasnt that. I'll re-adjust my lpr pressure and post if it fixes it.
Thanks!

If your dwell was at 8 then thats fine. Just as long as you dont set it below 6.5 then your fine. Anything under about 55 on the LPR is not to good. try to set it at 60.
