I appreciate all the help that you guys have given me the last couple days. I have scrapped the black led and am using it for parts for the silver one. The silver led seems to cycle fine, but with the pressure turned all he way up on the stock mini reg and a ans gen x 2, the balls are only makign it 15 feet. The ROF seems to be fine. I could try a third reg, but might it be the built in lpr?
