My velocity has been running a bit to high to play at the fields. I had to have the screw all the way in to get it down to about 285fps. The last 3 wekends it has been sooting 305fps with the same screw position. So I was going to adjust to minireg, but my screw is stuck and has stripped 2 allen wrenches so far. I had put some love juice to try to get down in the threads and loosen it up but it's not working. Any suggestions or solutions?

one for the velocity issue are you using a hp or lp tank? I would just sendit in to Ken or bob and let them take it out.

try WD-40

Also you might want to adjust the dwell down a bit or use a larger size bore, that will help keep the velocity down.

I use LP tank. I really dont want to send it to bob or ken yet cause I'm in hawaii. Im not going to adjust the dwell or use a different bore size cause my fields paint is all small bore

well then you are gonna need to order a new screw first off. Then you will need to drill it out. You can drill it a little bit and stick and allen key it it and jbweld it in the hole and then you will have some good leverage to turn the screw out.

some times you can get a bigger sized one in there when they are fubared. tap it in with a hammer. Or Put an extreme angle on the correct size. instead of pulling with it at 90 degrees pull with it at 45 degrees. Just make sureyou are still making it twist and not leveraging the allan.
