Bob @ FMA does basic milling/drilling for Eblade covers and 3mm eyes for $50, as does www.warpedairsmithing.com . Bob and Ken both also do the Fly mod, which gives you screw-down eye covers, Fly eye straps, and 1.8mm ribbon eye holes.
