Actually kind of plain looking, I was expecting some sort of milling on them. Are they in dust finish to match the Speed?
The large one will let you go lower, but I'm sure your shot per fill will go down also.

is the threading on these the same as other volumizers. im asking because i want to get a black dye volumizer for my speed and i want to make sure wdp didnt change the threading.

I'm assuming all threading should be the same. See if someone will let you borrow a regular volumizer and try it.

the threading is the same. the volumizers i were sent were silver dust. im assuming that they will be made in black and blue as well. ill check into it on monday and let you know

Someone brought this up before, but I don't think that it was ever answered. Since the left side is just an air chamber and the lpr is now on the right side along with the battery, will putting two med sized volumizers have the same effect as putting one large one on the left side (open chamber).

good question Chondro, I guess it depends on the layout of the LPR. If the air passage only comes from the left side of the gun then having volumizer in front wouldn't help. It just depends on where the air is routed.

The thing that you have to remember is at a certain point, you wont have enough pressure to keep a 300'ish chrono and even more you wont be able to cycle the ram efficiently.

There comes a fine point in the LP pursuit that you reach were air efficiency is at an otpimum level. If you breech that point, you may inturn keep lowering your pressure, but you will need to compensate by doing things like opening the dwell and dropping a softer exhaust valve return spring and then ultimately you will need to shove more air in.

Now what you have is a marker that cycles with 10psi, its input is 80 psi, but you are only getting 5 shots per fill with a 114/4500. Of course I am kidding, but you guys get the point...right?

I just bought a Dye Volumizer.. works great.. but i dont see much of what people are saying.. I think it is a ploy to make you buy something you dont need and to just dress up your gun.
