I got this G7 Fly last week, with a AF Tadao board in it. I tried using it, and the red led just flickered, so I charged it for about 2 hours, and it still flashed red. I managed to fire off about 3 hoppers through it, and then whenever I hit the trigger, it would switch between the different options. Turning the gun off, then on again, it would fire about 4 shots, then cycle through the colors again after each trigger pull.

I figured the battery was dead, so I charged it for another 2 hours or so. Now, when I turn the gun on, the LED is flashing red, and when I pull the trigger, it goes blue for a second and turns off. Power cycling does the same thing, now with every charge, I have the same luck.

Is this possibly a bad board, a bad battery? Or am I just clueless?

Thanks.

first. download the manual.

then 'reset' the board to defaults. the colors can be set to user preferences, so you need to know what each color means.
Also, the power switch needs to be switched to the on position when charging.

If you prefer the stock board, I have one I could trade to you for the Tadao :)

It's most likely the battery. I have two AF FBS Tadao Boards for my two Angels. One of them flickered red and then went off with my old battery. I switched them back and forth and they both work fine with my G7 Fly Battery. Your battery is most likely dunzos.

It was a bad battery that would not hold a charge. Once the battery was fixed, it charged in no time and now works marvelous.

Sick, sick board.

Thanks.
