Air assist was mostly a "hey, wouldn't it be cool if we..." kind of gimmick. It wasn't really truly functional back in its time, and it is utterly and totally pointless in the age of modern loaders. In order to install an air assist setup, you need a solenoid manifold that vents the solenoid air to a microline nipple, and then you need to drill and tap your feedneck for a microline nipple and run a microline hose between them. You can get the manifold you need here: link removed, contained virus

so basically, its pointless either way.....got it

i always liked to idea of it and to be honest every angel iv seen that had it it made a total difference on the feed rate...( but then again this was when the LCD first came out)....but i do understand that now it is utterly pointless to have considering most if not all markers now go a minimum of 13 bps and all the hoppers are force feed.....but just thought id ask if there still alive....

WTF DOC?! theres a virus in the link! >=(Holy crap you are right. I removed the link.

Got all kind of script and Trojan virus warnings when I opened it too.

Hmm, weird. I got that link a couple months ago from Josh. BuyPB.com is a legit site. You sure it's actually a trojan or virus and not just a hyperactive virus scanner? I'm on my linux machine right now, so I'm not getting anything :D

*edit* Yeah, I just checked, and I get a huge memory overrun when I try to access any links on the site. Like I said, it's weird, BuyPB isn't like a scam site or anything - it's been around forever.

Yeah, I know. I have purchased from them in the past. Better to be safe than sorry so I just deleted the post. No harm done. Just don't want anyone to freak out about it.

No, I understand completely. Just saying, I'm a little perplexed to see that. I wonder if they know that's going on.
